Data Recording Strategies

Two professional toolkits are available:

• PoINT CDarchive
• PoINT OpticalArchive

PoINT CDarchive is designed as data recording engine for “disc-at-once” recording. It supports ISO9660, Joliet and OSTA UDF file system formats.

PoINT OpticalArchive provides incremental “file-by-file” recording. Specified files and directories are written to optical disc based on the configured caching strategy. This toolkit supports MO, UDO, PDD and BD media as well as all CD/DVD formats. It is able to handle re-writeable and write-once media and it strictly conforms to the OSTA UDF specification.
