File virtualization

PoINT Storage Manager centrally administrates peripheral storage devices of different technologies (hard disk, tape, optical) by accessing these via a standardized Windows CIFS interface. Hardware-specific adjustments are not necessary. The migration of storage systems will be processed without any changes in the application (file virtualization).
